Chronic pain and period pain can make it feel like you can't do anything without leaving your couch and heating pad. As someone with endometriosis, I am constantly looking for on-the-go pain relief, and that's where Spicey comes in. I came across Spicey on social media after a fellow endo warrior posted about them.

What's A Spicey?
Spicey is a portable, single-use universal heating patch that was formulated by someone with chronic pain. Spiceys last for 8-12+ hours, are 8 inches long, thin and flat, adhesive so you can stick them to your clothes, scent and fragrance free, and made with only natural ingredients. Spiceys are extremely convenient and are my go-to.

Comfort – consistent, soothing warmth without burning.
-
Style – cute packaging, discreet under clothes.
Things to Know Before You Use

Don’t stick directly on skin
-
Best used over a thin layer of clothing.
